Join us Wednesday morning at 10:30 AM for an hour of somatic stretching, continuous sound bath, and Reiki energy work designed to bring deep relaxation and renewal. Led by Elizabeth, Reiki Master and intuitive energy worker, this session begins with gentle, intentional stretches to release tension and open energy pathways, all while a soothing sound bath plays continuously. Through intuitive insights and hands-on energy work, Elizabeth helps facilitate the release of emotional and energetic blockages, creating space for healing, clarity, and balance. Throughout the session, Chelsea and Stacey will enhance the experience with the vibrations of crystal instruments and chimes, amplifying the effects of the energy work. As the movement portion ends, you’ll transition into an extended sound bath immersion, allowing the vibrations to integrate and restore your body and mind. This midweek reset is a perfect opportunity to release, restore, and reconnect with your inner self.
