This all-level vinyasa flow is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking to build strength, release tension, or just move with intention. The practice begins with breath-guided movement, gradually building heat as you flow through accessible yet invigorating sequences. Expect to sweat a little, challenge your body, and find your rhythm—but always at your own pace. After the movement, we slow it down. The final 20 minutes are dedicated to meditation, deep relaxation, and hands-on Reiki, allowing your energy to settle and restore.
