Spring Awakening - Flowers + Flow

Service Description

Join us on Sunday, March 23rd, at 9 AM on the Beach Terrace Sun Deck to celebrate the first Sunday of spring. We’ll start with fresh flowers laid out for you to create a flower crown, necklace, pin, or even just tuck a flower behind your ear or in your hair. At 10 AM Once adorned, we’ll move into a gentle, flowing movement session, embracing the energy of new beginnings and renewal. We’ll close with a 20-minute guided meditation to the sound of the waves, focusing on blooming, both within and around us. Space is limited, so be sure to register early! Even if you have never meditated or taken yoga before, you will feel right at home moving your body to the sound of the ocean waves. This is a great way to have a peaceful, more productive day. Registered Beach Terrace hotel guests arrive with your yoga mat from your room! The Details for Community Members Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start time to park and get set up. Don't forget a water bottle, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Bring a yoga mat. Street parking is available. All participants must be 18 or older.
